Return & Refund Policy

5 Day Cooling Off Period

We offer a 5 day Cooling Off period. This 5 calendar day timeframe commences from the next day after the date of your purchase of products or services. If you wish to cancel your order within this period then a refund of fees paid less our outlays for your medical consultation, any blood, spit or other pathology tests ordered on your behalf and any medications already issued by our nominated pharmacist, as well as a $45 administration fee shall be given upon your emailed request. Please email admin@performancehealthclinic.com.au with your request.

Product Returns

Due to the nature of our products being prescription issued medications specific to the consumer, we are unable to accept any returns as these medications cannot be recycled or reused.

30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee

Thanks for using our Performance Health Clinic services. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. If your desired results are not being achieved within your first thirty days with us, the next step is for us to offer to you another consultation with one of our Doctors and an adjusted prescription provided. We’d like to help you get the best results possible. If you remain unsatisfied thereafter then a refund will be made to you of any funds paid in advance less the cost of the initial medical consultation, any pathology test outlays and our $45 administration fees. You will not be charged for your medications.

Complaints

We hope that do not feel the need to make a complaint, however, should you have a concern about any part of our service, please raise it with us first as we do our best to resolve the issue for you.
